2014: The Year of Growth
The emphasis for 2014 will be growth -- both spiritual growth and numerical growth. We have a "Spiritual Growth Assessment and Growth Plan" available to help you assess where you are on your spiritual journey. This resource will also help you to develop a spiritual growth plan for the coming year. The assessment and planning tool is available in the church foyer. If you have any questions about how to utilize this resource, please see Pastor Nolen. Let's make 2014 the greatest year of growth, for each of us personally, and for Legacy Church.
How Are You Doing?
How are you doing on your Legacy Church Growth Commitment for 2014? Remember in January, the vast majority of individuals who attend Legacy Church made a commitment to …
-Faithfully attend the church
-Faithfully pray for the church
-Give at least 10% to Kingdom work
-Reach at least one new person to attend
Since January 1, 2014, we have averaged 84 in attendance, seen numerous prayers answered, have given over the budget 4 weeks in a row, and have 28 new persons who have made Legacy Church their home. Keep up the good work!
Iglesia Nueva Vida
Iglesia Nueva Vida (New Life Church) will begin worship services in Spanish on Sunday, April 13, 1:00 PM, here at Legacy Church.

Are you connected to others at Legacy Church? An important part of our mission is to help you connect with others on your spiritual journey. The best way to connect is through Small Group participation. A listing of all Legacy Church Small Groups is available in the church foyer, on our website page entitled "Small Groups" under the MINISTRIES header, or on the CALENDAR. Check out one or more of our small groups this week. You may contact Rich Willett at 239-405-1329 or email@example.com for more information regarding Small Groups.
Acts 1:8 Command
Jesus commanded us in Acts 1:8 to be filled with the Holy Spirit and to be witnesses for Jesus Christ in Southwest Florida, all of Florida and America, and to the end of the world. How are you doing? Resources are available to help you with this assignment. Pick up a copy of Sharing Jesus Without Fear in the church foyer today. They are free to Legacy attendees who will commit to read the book.
Cleaner in the House of the Lord
The Psalmist said, "I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of the Lord than to dwell in the tents of the wicked." How about a cleaner in the house of the Lord? We need a few more volunteers to help form teams for the cleaning of our facility – now larger with the new student center. We need a total of eight individuals/couples who would form teams to clean the facility once a month. If willing to be a cleaner, please contact Jim Milby, at 239-776-9127 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our ministry partner, Interfaith Charities of South Lee, has a need for food donations. Items most needed are: soup, vegetables, canned beans, canned meat and tomato products. Please bring your food donations to the Legacy Church office and place them in the collection box in the lobby.
